Summary: We were looking for a home with a pool to spend the 4th of July weekend with our adult sons and their wives and this place seemed perfect. The location is good if you want to be close to shopping and restaurants, but also have a peaceful, private setting. The house is spacious and furnished nicely as stated in the property description. However, upon a closer look we noticed that it was not very clean or well maintained. The pool is also very narrow which isn’t evident from the picture. The bath and kitchen towels were mismatched and low quality. Although we didn’t need the “4th” bedroom, it really isn’t a separate bedroom and turned out to be a secondary laundry area in the primary suite with a twin bed instead of washer/dryer. Despite a little disappointment with the condition of the house we still had a nice time and really enjoyed the pool and patio area.
